Design of Original Staff Meeting:

Issues to be discussed:

 

 

1. Parent Relationships; Relationships with parents of children must remain professional at all times.
2. Making sample lesson plans with all teachers in a classroom imputing on ideas.
3. Outdoor play schedule/procedures; if weather permits every class will have two outdoor periods for learning play.
4. Playground safety: Teaching staff will wear gloves while they check the playground on a daily basis twice per day for forigin objects, as a safety precaution ect.
5. Recording/ Observations of Children: Teachers will do observations on their children once per day and recording necessary fot the creative curriculum'
6. Discuss Teachers Role during meal times: The teacher's role during meal time is to encourage and accompany children at the table while they are eating. Use proper table manners and use the time for conversation, and teaching moments about nutrition and health.

This staff meeting is very important to all staff to ensure the safety of our children we care for and some issues that need to be addressed from observations done in our classrooms.
