How does it feel when someone does not use your name, gives you the cold sholder, does not make eye contact and only greets you with complaints?

When someone does not address you with your name it feels like no attempt to respect you or if the person is appropiate in the way they communicate. This is also the feeling of the cold shoulder as if  they just had to say something but you can tell they were not sincer. For a person to not look at you as well as greet you with only complaints should bring concerns as to how your child may be treated. First of all, the child does not need to hear complaints about what may have occured, and no parent should ever be greeted in this way. i would think a person should feel that this would not be a happy environment to be addressed the way they were greeted and treated. This would make some people feel that their child is not being cared for properly so this is the reason or nature of the complaints of an un happy child and they can see why. It is vey important to greet someone with eye contact and express your self to build a relationship with that person and be able to see their reaction to what you might have to say.
